Tyvek Expert 500 Painters Overalls are perfect for spray painting and general maintenance work. They are made from lightweight, durable flash-spun high-density polyethylene, providing an ideal balance of protection, durability, and comfort. These overalls feature stitched external seams for enhanced liquid spray tightness and are ultra-low-linting and anti-statically treated. The three-piece hood ensures an optimal fit to the head and face, allowing you to turn and move in comfort, while the glued-in waist elastic, elasticated face, wrists, and ankles, and ample crotch area provide freedom of movement.

The overalls are fastened with a large zip on the front and are protected by a zip flap. They are permeable to air and water vapour, keeping you cool while working, yet repel water-based liquids and aerosols. Additionally, they are chemical protective clothing, Category III, Type 5-B and 6-B, and meet standards EN (barrier to infective agents), EN 1073-2 (protection against radioactive contamination), and Anti-static treatment (EN 1149-5) - on both sides.
